TIM SOMERS
Tim Somers is Creative & Next Gen Pastor at Elevation Church with Pastor Steven Furtick and has been in full-time ministry for 16 years.
He and Rebekah have 4 kids; Brody, Genesis, Lany and Milan. Believing in the next generation is a core value for this family. Being a vessel for God’s word, and creative biblical truth is the direction they seek to pioneer.

BRYCE HARGIS
Bryce Hargis is the Youth Pastor at James River Church, serving under Pastors John and Debbie Lindell. He and his wife, Megan, have three children.
Bryce is passionate about building a strong youth ministry that encourages students to grow in their faith and live out their calling with the Power of The Holy Spirit.

CAMILO BUCHANAN
Camilo is a 30-year-old Atlanta native with a passion for Jesus, His Church, and leading others. Born in the Bay Area to Jamaican parents, he moved to Atlanta after his father passed. His high school years were marked by rebellion until he encountered God’s grace and surrendered his life.
Camilo co-founded The Real Movement, a college ministry that expanded to 5 campuses, and launched The Pass Down podcast, interviewing top Christian leaders. Currently, he serves as the Young Adult Ministry Director at Passion City Church, focusing on mentoring, speaking, and creating impactful content. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Emily, and their dog, Rummi.

CHAD AND NATALIE STURDEFANT
Chad serves as the Youth Pastor along side his wife Natalie at Realove Church, and they are the Directors of YTHCON. They have 5 kids, Max, Hallie, Lyla, Jackson, and Cason.
They are passionate about empowering the youth of this generation to be the Church now, not next.

YTHCON
YTHCON exists to empower the youth of this generation to become the church "now, not next." Founded in 2018 as Realove Church's "Youth Revival," YTHCON has transformed into the region's premier youth event. It is known for its ability to connect youth, youth leaders, and youth groups to some of the nation's foremost leaders. The 3-day event will be sure to build up, inspire, and challenge the youth and leaders in attendance to go and be the church now, not next.
